Large front parking area, fits 4 cars. No RV's or travel trailers.

Our home welcomes children and babies, but is not "baby proof". We don't offer any baby furniture such as portable cribs or highchairs. 

CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:30 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 9:30AM

Lock box code given two-weeks before arrival.

Small kitchen appliances: rice maker, blender, griddle, crock pot, toaster, microwave, coffee grinder, coffee maker, Cuisinart food processor, 12 oz. pack of locally roasted coffee beans.

Fish right from the house with private river access at our door

Each bathroom has a supply of band aids and triple antibiotic and hydrocortisone packets if you need them. Some basic toiletries are there in case you forgot, use the honor system, only take what you need. We would like to continue to offer for emergencies since it's a long drive to town. 

Children always welcome. Baby gate on stairs to basement but not up to loft. No "baby proofing" such as hidden cords or outlet plugs. There are cleaners/chemicals under all the sinks and cabinets are NOT locked. You are responsible for supervising children.

No events, and we do not allow all your friends and family who have rented another home to come "hang out" at our home. Limit is 10 at all times for insurance and licensing purposes. 

No smoking. Any smoking must be done outside of the cabin and far away from the windows and please pick up butts. DO not throw butts or cigars off the deck or into fire pit. 

Direct TV in all rooms except Bedroom #3 Queen main floor room is a smart TV only, Bluetooth sound bar for use for music or TV, Apple TV, Netflix, DVD player. All TV's are Smart TV's so you can sign into your apps from home. Bose Bluetooth speaker in Game room.

My husband, Randy, and I built this custom log home in Montana on the Madison River in 2014. It is our favorite place to get away from the hustle of work life in Santa Cruz, CA. Randy is a retired firefighter and I am Registered Nurse (still working). We love to fly fish, hike, nature watch, and gather with family and friends. Our kids are grown so we travel with our adorable yellow lab, Maddie.
